Where is my order?
Our warehouse team are working hard to prepare orders for delivery. Our standard delivery is 2-4 days, however some deliveries are taking a little longer than normal as we work to meet the demands of this busy period.
I have received a damaged item
We’re sorry to hear your item is damaged. Please do not worry, we can always resolve issues with items damaged during delivery. Please provide as many details as possible on our Contact Us page, so we can work to resolve this quickly and efficiently. During any busy period, we may take a little longer to respond, but please be assured we will contact you as soon as possible.
